# 認識EVOX

## 什麼是雲端總機?

**雲端總機**又稱雲端交換機、Cloud PBX，提供所有傳統總機的功能，包含外撥電話員工分機內線互撥免費、公司問候語(例如：XX公司您好，請直撥分機號碼或按9由專人為您服務)、來電代接、來電轉接、三方通話等，更增加了行動分機、多據點管理、節費、數位傳真等服務，而且不需要採購、安裝或維修任何硬體設備，更重要的是，它可以隨著公司規模成長而動態調整與升級。
